Grace Construction Products Announces Pricing Actions to Offset Construction Chemicals Inflation Costs
Grace Construction Products, an operating segment of W. R. Grace & Co. (NYSE:GRA), has announced that, effective August 15, 2008, it is implementing product price increases of up to 10% across its concrete and masonry admixture product lines. In addition, certain specialty products will have price increases exceeding 10%. Further, effective September 15, the price of Grace liquid pigments will be increased by 10 cents a pound.

Grace Davison Announces Pricing Actions to Offset Inflation Costs
COLUMBIA, Md – July 23, 2008 – Grace Davison, an operating segment of W. R. Grace & Co. [NYSE: GRA], has announced that, effective August 1, 2008, it is implementing price increases and/or surcharges of up to 20% across product lines, as existing contracts allow. This move is in response to unprecedented raw material and energy inflationary pressures and is in addition to specific product price increases implemented by Grace Davison product groups earlier in 2008.
