Grace Employees Share Personal Pledges for Breaking Gender Bias
In celebration of International Women’s Day, 197 employees from 14 Grace locations and five countries shared their personal pledge on how they will help create a world free of gender bias, stereotypes, and discrimination.
The campaign aligns with this year’s International Women’s Day theme #BreakTheBias. By coming together and pledging to take meaningful action, Grace hopes to make strides toward ending gender bias and continuing to uphold a work environment free of discrimination.
“International Women's Day is a day where we can all celebrate women's achievements, raise awareness for relevant issues, and take meaningful action,” said Laura Schwinn, President, Specialty Catalysts. “It is exciting to see employees across our sites come together and pledge to end gender biases. It shows how everyone is personally committed to strengthening diversity and inclusion at Grace.”
