In Montana, Grace continues to own and manage private land on Operable Unit 3 (OU3) of the Libby Asbestos Superfund Site under the name Kootenai Development Company (KDC). Grace has been and will continue to be committed to long-term stewardship of OU3, including land management and community investment.
