Chief Information Officer

Jeff Sherman joined Grace as Chief Information Officer (CIO) in October 2024. He leads Grace’s strategic technology direction, working collaboratively across businesses and functions to optimize Information Technology (IT) and digital solutions to create value across the enterprise while enhancing the customer experience.

A seasoned executive with a background in both IT and the chemical industry, Jeff brings decades of experience in IT Management and large-scale digital transformations. Most recently as Vice President at MasterBrand Cabinets, he led strategy, delivery and integration of enterprise technology. Prior to that, as Global IT Director at DuPont, he spearheaded worldwide integrated operations, including connected worker and automation solutions, manufacturing execution systems and data dashboards for organizational insights and actions. Jeff has held additional IT leadership roles and consulting positions, including at Accenture, where he supported a variety of industrial manufacturing and chemical clients with IT solutions.

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry from Centenary College of Louisiana and a Ph.D. in Polymer Science at the University of Akron.
