Designed for producers of high-performance coil and general industrial coatings, Grace is excited to announce an extension of its SYLOID^® silica MX generation – SYLOID^® MX 110 silica. Grace’s SYLOID^®MX silica series is a highly successful line of silica matting agents providing optimal performance in traditional coatings as well as in VOC-compliant systems, which are generally difficult to matte.

SYLOID^® MX 110 silica is an untreated matting agent designed for matte coatings requiring enhanced application properties. Featuring matting efficiencies at both 60 and 85-degree angles, excellent rheology profile, mechanical properties and chemical resistance, SYLOID^®MX 110 silica features an innovative porous technology specifically developed to address challenges where film shrinkage during drying is minimal.
