Internship Program at Grace

Jump-start Your Career in Chemical Manufacturing

Every summer, Grace welcomes a talented class of college students to our 12-week internship program, offering hands-on experience in the specialty chemicals industry. Whether you're studying chemical engineering, business, supply chain, environmental science or a business support function like HR or marketing, our internships provide real-world exposure to the science, operations and strategy behind manufacturing excellence and industrial innovation – right where it happens.

Interns work alongside Grace professionals at locations across the U.S., including:

  • Our global headquarters in Columbia, Maryland
  • Manufacturing sites in Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Texas, and more

From refining catalysts and silica-based materials to supporting commercial operations and sustainability initiatives, Grace interns contribute to meaningful projects that enable industries like pharmaceuticals, fuels, plastics and coatings to make products that enhance everyday life.

  • Chemical Manufacturing & Engineering
  • Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)
