Internship Program
Every summer, Grace welcomes a class of college students to our 12-week internship program, providing the kind of hands-on work experiences that can jump-start your career. For upcoming opportunities in our U.S. locations, including company headquarters in Columbia, MD, as well as plant sites in Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Texas and more, search “internship” on our jobs page. (We typically hire interns in the Fall and early Winter for the following May.)
German Apprentice Program
At our plants in Worms and Düren, Germany, Grace hosts a manufacturing apprentice program, offering motivated and eager individuals a three-and-a-half year, on-the-job opportunity to embark on a career as a Chemical Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Electronics Technician for Operating Technology, Chemical Laboratory Technician or Industrial Clerk. Manufacturing Leadership Program
The three-year Grace Manufacturing Leadership Program offers recent bachelor’s and master’s graduates the chance to explore a variety of operations experiences through hands-on program assignments under the guidance of a senior-level mentor. Participants rotate through three year-long assignments in disciplines such as Process Engineering, Project Engineering, Supply Chain and Environmental, Health & Safety, while receiving professional training and development to strengthen leadership skills.
