Manufacturing Leadership Program (MLP)
Our three-year Manufacturing Leadership Program is designed for recent bachelor’s and master’s graduates eager to build a career in chemical manufacturing operations. Participants rotate through three year-long assignments in areas such as:
- Process Engineering
- Project Engineering
- Supply Chain
- Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)
Each rotation is guided by a senior-level mentor and supported by professional training to strengthen leadership and technical skills. Commercial Leadership Program (CLP)
Based at our global headquarters in Columbia, MD, the three-year Commercial Leadership Program accelerates your path to business leadership. Designed for high-potential recent graduates, this immersive program includes rotations in:

- Supply Chain
