Yes, when you follow the link in the Registration Invitation from Grace you will have the option of logging into your existing Ariba account, or creating a new account. After you complete either of those steps you will be directed to Grace's registration questionnaire. Registration will ensure the correct Ariba account is linked with Grace.
IMPORTANT: Always check with your order management or accounts receivable team to find out if your organization already has an Ariba account before creating a new one.

Depending on the type of supplier and material or service involved, additional qualification may be required before you can transact with Grace and receive PO's, submit invoices, etc.

You can always request Grace resend the invitation via e-mail. If you have already started the registration questionnaire, but did not finish, you can log into Ariba using the web address proposals.seller.ariba.com where you should be able to find the questionnaire.

Confirm with your Ariba administrator that you have the correct permissions to view proposals and questionnaires. Then try clearing the cookies in your browser and logging into your Ariba account using the web address proposals.seller.ariba.com. If you continue to have issues, reach out to your contact at Grace.

E-mail your contact at Grace and they will arrange for the contact information to be updated and the invitation resent. If your organization already has an Ariba account, be sure that the contact you provide has the correct Ariba access in that account to respond to questionnaires and proposals.

For most Grace suppliers this information is stored in your registration questionnaire. To update this information, you can open the registration questionnaire from your Grace dashboard, click the revise button at the top, and make any changes within the questionnaire. Then click the submit button at the bottom of the questionnaire and this will trigger an approval task for Grace's master data management team. They will reach out directly to you if there are any questions. More detailed instructions can be found by following this link:

If you have received a notification that the Certificate of Insurance we have on file has expired, you will need to go back into the "Request for Certificate of Insurance" questionnaire. To access the questionnaire, log into Ariba from proposals.seller.ariba.com and open the tab for W. R. Grace. Once you open the questionnaire click "Details". In the popup window, you can update the certificate data, delete the old copy, and upload a new one. Then resubmit your questionnaire. After Grace reviews and approves the questionnaire, it will show up under the Certificates section.
