Expanded Pilot Plant
Grace Albany operates a second pilot plant that includes a 100-gallon Hastelloy® reactor. This additional pilot capacity enhances our ability to fulfill smaller orders and pilot processes to support for large scale manufacturing.
2000-Gallon Hastelloy® Reactor
Grace installed a 2000-gallon Hastelloy® reactor to enhance our cryogenic capabilities and enable us to perform fluorination chemistry at large scale.
1.6m Diameter DAC Column Capabilities
Grace expanded chromatography capabilities by adding a 1.6m diameter dynamic axial compression column to perform large-scale normal phase purifications where crystallization is not an option.
